Flex Riders

Monthly Riders (Vanpool Group Members)

• The app automatically reserves a seat for monthly riders, ensuring their spot is guaranteed. These riders can also opt to ride with other vanpools on days when their scheduled times differ from their assigned group.

What It Is Not

• FlexVanpool does not support trips to destinations like airports or shopping malls. It is intended solely for commuting to work.
• This service differs from ride-hailing platforms such as Uber or Lyft. Scheduled vanpools follow predetermined routes and stops; drivers do not arrive door-to-door for pick-ups. Riders are expected to board vans at designated stops along established routes, which may include walking to specific meeting points or brief waiting periods. Bookings require a minimum advance of one hour prior to departure.
